Monday was a holiday however by Tuesday at noon they had already reached out to warranty and gotten everything taken care of. I have never had such an amazing experience at any Chevy dealership. The next day the dealership called and gave me an estimate on the cost of repair. I gave my permission to do the repair. The work was done and they even cleaned my vehicle. UVALDE, TX | 2024 GMC TerrainMay 27, 2026The 2024 GMC terrain I bought in 2024 has already lost all power to the engine twice and has been in the shop a total of seven weeks between the two visits. Both times I was not given a loaner vehicle. I do not have the funds to rent my own loaner vehicle out-of-pocket, and during the service process that took that extended amount of time, I was updated very minimally.Response from UVALDE GMC
